Philip Marsden, Senior Engineer/Trainer
Philip's responsibilities are to assess and record individual Engineer's skill level in order to select and organise training requirements accordingly. To provide technical expertise to the Service Centre, Engineers, Sales Team and end users in order to improve product knowledge and to develop and maintain instruction manuals for lock operation in order to provide an on site reference for Engineers and end users.
Martin Weaire, Training and Technical Support Manager
Martin works along side Philip Marsden and is our Senior Safe Engineer. He has worked as a contractor and as an employee for Insafe for the past 15 years.
Martin is responsible for the ongoing training of our engineers and also for mechanical and technical advice. Martins hobbies include football, diving (of which he is an instructor),hill walking and running. He has taken part in a number of marathons and has recorded a time of 2hours 58 minutes for the London marathon, not bad for an old un.
