Finance and Administration Team
Karen Whiteley, Financial Controller.
Karen Whiteley is Insafes second longest standing employee, having worked for the company for 15 years. She manages Insafes busy Finance and Administration Team and works closely with the Managing Director and Finance Director. Karen oversees the entire finance operation from credit control to sales invoicing to dealing with customer queries. She is also a member of the Senior Management team and gets involved in many other areas of the company. When Karen isnt hard at work she can be found in her garden tending to her vegetables or with her beloved rabbits and dogs!
Fiona Heasman, Head of Accounts.
Fiona joined Insafe at the beginning of August 2008 as the new Head of Accounts. She works alongside the Financial Controller and a team of Sales & Purchase Ledger and Credit Controllers, which she thoroughly enjoys. Before working for Insafe Fiona and her Husband came back to the UK from traveling around North America visiting the Grand Prix circuits at Indianapolis and Montreal. From America, Fiona and her Husband then moved to France where they worked for two years renovating properties.she was known to be the best cement mixer driver for miles!
Her hobbies and interests include watching Formula One racing and sitting in French Cafes with a glass of Rose.
Mandy Bradley, Sales and Purchase Ledger Manager.
Mandy has been with the company for over 6 years working in a variety of finance and administration based role, this experience means Mandy knows many of the customers and suppliers by name. Mandy manages the large amount of invoices received and sent out on a daily basis. She oversees the invoicing procedures, often requested specifically by our customers, carried out by the team. In her spare time, Mandy enjoys gardening and looking after her two dogs George and Clooney.

Christine Bautista, Customer Invoicing Administrator
Christine has been part of the Finance and Administration team for almost 18 months. Her job role involves invoicing mainly for Insafe Limited, pricing jobs and reconciling statements. Christine has A Levels in Graphic Design, English Literature & Business Studies.
Lucy Hollands, Pricing administrator
Lucy has worked at Insafe for over a year now in various roles within the service and administration departments and has experience in scheduling work for Wales and the West of the UK and verification of all orders placed. Currently working within the administration department, Lucy checks paperwork before jobs go to the invoicing department and she likes to be kept busy which is something that her role definitely ensures!
In her spare time Lucy likes to cook for friends and family. Lucy is very environmentally aware and is well on her way to realising her life long ambition of owning a pig farm, she currently has 10 pigs on some local farmland.
Pauline Taylor, Part-time Administrator
Pauline will have been with Insafe for 8 years on 13th March 2008. Paulines role is Pricing Administrator which involves checking pricing of all work for any errors before invoicing and chasing paperwork.
Paula Holden, Part-time Administrator.
Paula has worked at Insafe for about six years. Paulas job involves preparing the paperwork i.e. engineers worksheets and purchase orders ready for invoicing.
Julie Eager, Part-time Administrator
Julie joined Insafe in 2001 as an Out of Hours Service Coordinator and has recently increased her hours by working part-time during school term-times within the Administration Department. She has two young children who take up the majority of her spare time. Julie enjoys cooking for her friends and family.
