Tom Moore, Operations Manager (service and stores).

Tom MooreTom joined Insafe in 1998 having trained as a tool-maker. He became Insafes Senior Safe and Vault Engineer. Toms first hand product and field knowledge is a major asset when working with his team of 40 engineers.

Katy Draper, Account Manager Post Office Ltd.

Katy DraperKaty has worked for Insafe 6 years and has worked on both International and Post Office helpdesks. Shortly after joining the Post Office Service Team she was promoted to Service Manager, Katy was recently promoted to Account Manager and she is looking forward to this new challenge. Katy has attended several customer functions and exhibitions which she finds very interesting and informative. Her interests include music & films, scuba diving (PADI certificated) and travelling. Katy also thoroughly enjoys cooking and regularly has friends and family to dinner.

Vickie Pooley, Service Manager Post Office Ltd.

Vickie PooleyVickie has been with the company for over 6 years, originally starting on the International Helpdesk. She then moved to the scheduling team and has worked her way up to Service Manager for the Post Office. She has been in this role for a few months and is thoroughly enjoying it. When she is not on call for Insafe on evenings or weekends, Vickie enjoys socializing with friends.

Shar Maytum, Service Manager - Administration.

Shar Maytum Shar has worked within the Service department for over a year now. Shars role encompasses a variety of tasks, the main ones being the assistant to the Service Operations Manager, overseeing the maintenance and repair of the fleet of vans our engineers drive, processing all their timesheets and expenses, managing the Out of Hours staff, and general administration to the Service department. Shar likes the fact that every day is different and time certainly passes quickly! In her spare time Shar enjoys eating out and cooking for friends and family, watching films and travel.

Toni Alder, Service Manager - Customer Service.

Toni AlderToni has worked at Insafe for 3 years starting as a Receptionist, working her way up to Service Manager Customer Services. Toni has worked in the Service department for the past 2 years and is fully experienced on the helpdesk and scheduling teams. Within her current role Toni ensures all helpdesk operatives are fully trained to the high standard that Insafe require and also deals with customer queries and complaints. Toni is a qualified Beauty Therapist and enjoys traveling and socialising with friends.

Stuart Hesketh, Service Manager - Scheduling.

Stuart HeskethStuart has worked for Insafe since October 2007. Currently, Stuart schedules engineers jobs in the North of England. Stuart is also the Scheduling Service Manager so assists with any scheduling issues for the rest of the country. Stuart has played classical piano for over 20 years, other interests include Drum and Bass, I.T., Pool, Rugby Union and enjoying good beer with good company.

Hannah Roser, Scheduler

Hannah RoserHannah studied multimedia computing at Canterbury Christ Church University for two years. After completing her studies she was employed by Insafe in July this year and after 3 months she is still really enjoying it. Hannah works in the Scheduling Department for Team A who cover a large area of the South West and Wales. Her role consists of scheduling jobs around the South West of the country, as well as the majority of Wales. Her role also involves closing down the jobs with the engineers, ordering parts, putting quotes together and talking to various sites regarding their issues and queries.
