Mike Palmer, Insurance Liaison Co-ordinator (Guardian Safes Ltd)
Mike Palmer joined the industry in 1970 as Technical Sales Consultant with Chubb Safes, becoming Assistant Manager of their Banks Division in the City of London. Later as Group Marketing Consultant to the J W Levy Group he was part of the design and development team of John Tann Limited. Joining the Bristol-based Guardian Security Group as Group Marketing Manager he became Sales Director of Guardian Safes Limited following its acquisition by Insafe. Today, semi-retired, he acts as Insurance Liaison Coordinator using his knowledge and experience of the safe industry to identify safes so that indemnity limits may be determined.
Jenny Cooper, Account Manager (Guardian Safes Ltd).
Jenny started working for Insafe in 2002 in the Logistics department. After a year sabbatical, Jenny rejoined Insafe as part of the sales team, playing an important role in integrating Guardian Safes Ltd into the Company. Jenny now deals solely with Guardian Safes, Insafes sister company. Jenny is responsible for all customer enquiries and sales and deals with major home insurers to maintain their preferred supplier scheme. Guardian Safes focuses on the domestic market and small businesses to supply new safes and safe maintenance services. In her spare time Jenny enjoys socializing and likes to keep fit. Jenny is also a lover of music and film.
