Gareth Reynolds, Technical Advisor
Started his working career as a trainee tactical illustrator for a heavy plant manufacturer.
In 1990 after a three-year training course, he gained his apprenticeship with a master locksmiths firm in Sevenoaks Kent where he worked for the next thirteen years. He has experience in all aspects of the trade ranging from bench locksmithing to safe installation.
His hobbies are fishing, mountain biking, and the odd night out with the lads!
Gareth was employed by Insafe four years ago as a Locksmith and Safe Engineer for Central London. He was then asked to give up his wheels in exchange for the opportunity to work within Insafes Safe Logistics Depot where he spent a short period until recently being asked to move into the Insafe Head Office. He now serves a new and highly successful role of Technical Advisor; he offers advice and back-up support to our engineers and customs.
George Clews, Help Desk Operative
George has worked for Insafe since August 2008; prior to this he studied television production and worked freelance producing corporate films. He currently works on the helpdesk within the service department. George enjoys socialising, loves his food and drink, and has a keen interest in art, film, and animation.
Frazer Higgins, Help Desk Operative
Frazer joined Insafe in November 2008. Employed within the Service Department, he works on the Help Desk as an Operator. His day-to-day activities include answering calls to customers, updating customers on the progress of their call-outs including the logging of new calls and liaising with the Scheduling Team. During the summer of this year Frazer graduated from Lincoln University with a 2.1 in History. He enjoys socialising, playing sportsespecially football, traveling to different countries and shopping for himself!
