Michelle Sullivan, Out of Hours Service Co-ordinator.
Michelle has worked at Insafe since 1999 in her current role. She is responsible for operating the helpdesk and scheduling areas outside of normal working hours both in the office and from home. Before working at Insafe, Michelle studied for a degree in Economics for Business but put this on hold when her family came along unexpectedly. Michelle and her partner are now the proud parents of 9 year old Aiden and 6 year old Joshua who take up most of their time; however she does find some time to read quietly by herself in the bath!
David Gould, Out of Hours Service Co-ordinator.
David has been at Insafe since June 2005 working on the Out of Hours Helpdesk in the evenings. David answers calls from Call Centres handling the accounts of some of our major customers and also calls direct from other customers. Most of these calls require an urgent response so David will liaise with our engineers who respond to these emergencies as quickly as possible. David's hobbies include walking, watching most sports, going to the theatre and reading.
