Insafe is all about providing excellent customer service. Whether we are delivering a safe, installing a vault or cutting an extra safe key on site, we always do it to the best of our ability.

Every product we sell is researched, tried and tested. Our range of electronic safe and vault locks have been designed and developed with our supply partners. They provide the solutions our customers need. Insafe engineers are trained at our brand spanking new in-house training academy, so we are sure installations meet the highest standards.

The majority of our customers are banks, building societies, insurance companies, leisure operators and retailers; expectations are high; we try to exceed them. We are the sole suppliers of safes and safe engineer services to The Post Office. They set us a monthly performance target, we have never failed to meet it.

Our busy and buzzy service department carry out 2500 jobs every month, most are reactive requiring immediate attendance. Because our standards are high (80% first fix) we stock our vans with everything our engineers need to get the job done efficiently and on the first visit. On board keycutting machines, laptops, safe opening equipment together with remote technical support helps us to achieve this. It also makes us feel good.

We supply, install and move every size, every grade, everywhere. We guarantee every single one of the 250 safes we supply and install month in, month out. We deliver most from stock; our prices are keen too! Insafe people like to get everything right and that includes on-time deliveries. A few days after the safe has been installed we call to check everything is ok - if its not we put it right.

All of our engineers are employed. We don't franchise and we only subcontract where essential (1 in every 20 jobs). We have 40 engineers. And that's the truth.

Insafe has often been copied but our competitors miss the point. The qualities and ethos of Insafe are unique and hard to copy. We are a Private Company so there is no pressure to grow fast or put profit before service.

Of course our customers come first, but our people are a close second. We train and develop our engineers and the whole of the team. Insafe people work hard, so we take care of them. Every member of the management team has been promoted from within. It's a good company to work for.
